All of Aksay
in one app
A city map and directory, buses and trains, outages at your address, on-duty pharmacies, news, cinema and requests to the akimat. Not sure where to look? Ask Ailana: she answers in plain words and shows it on the map.
Ailana
Ask about the town like you would ask a neighbour
Ailana sits in the middle of the bottom menu. She answers from the app’s own data, not from the internet: she checks places, opening hours, distance and address, and puts cards with Route and Call buttons right under the answer.
Knows the town
1,447 Aksay businesses with opening hours, bus stops, pharmacies and the cinema.
Sees outages
Tells you about power, water and heating at your address and names the emergency line.
Plans your evening
First asks what you feel like doing and when, then builds a plan from places that will be open.
Calls a taxi
Say where you are going: Ailana finds the address and opens Yandex Go with the route ready.
Buses and trains
Which routes serve a stop, every stop on a route, the next train.
Two languages
Answers in Kazakh or Russian, the language of the app.
Ailana answers from the app’s data and can make mistakes. Check anything important on the place card.

Screens
What the app looks like today
Real screens from the current version, no mock-ups, shown in Russian (the app is in Kazakh and Russian). Large type, white cards and one blue button where an action is needed.

Outages
An outage is shown only to the homes it affects
Utilities publish a list of streets and houses. The app checks it against your address, so works on the next street won’t bother you.
Add your address
Once, in your profile. Write it the way you’re used to: “Karachaganakskaya 20” or “10 mkr, 21”.
The server matches houses
Every power, water, gas and heating outage is checked by street and house number, not by the whole district.
A notice on the Home screen
If the works affect your house, you’ll see the start and end time right under the search bar. The full town list is in Outages.
For the akimat and services
What problems the town has and what’s already fixed
For residents the app is a convenience. For the akimat it means requests with photos and addresses instead of comments in chats, a clear status for every problem and a direct line to residents: outages, news and polls go out from one admin panel.

Real residents
Personal sections use eGov sign-in: requests come from a real person, not an anonymous account.

Administrator, moderator and operator. Each sees their own part of the work.
Deadlines in plain sight
Overdue requests are highlighted and don’t get lost in a drawer.

No. The map, Ailana, transport, pharmacies, news and directory work straight away. eGov sign-in is only needed for personal things: requests, meters and booking a meeting.
Where does the data come from?
Businesses, houses and streets come from 2GIS, akimat leadership from gov.kz, trains from Yandex Schedules, weather from the Aksay weather station via rp5, air quality from Open-Meteo satellite data. News comes from gov.kz and local media; outages are published by the administration through the admin panel.
